orders in 10K, 14K, 18K yellow or white gold jewelry are not eligible for return/exchange.
Return items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include the box, polishing cloth,

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. For your protection, we recommend
using a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services such as UPS, FedEx, or
USPS, Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip. Malcolm Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries The item must be in its original condition and shipped prepaid to MJI at 2700 12 Street, Moline Il 61265.
A refund to the original credit card will be given as soon as the package is received by Malcolm Jewelers. Original UPS shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
