Designer, Todd Malcolm’s approach is to create medium sized two-dimensional designs that are cast solid, with no hollow pieces in the jewelry collection. Some designs have cutouts to showcase the design. A few pieces have cut outs in the back to save weight which saves the consumer money on the purchase. All pieces are finished on the interior and exterior with a bright polish finish to create mirrored finish absent of scratches and nicks, a sign of a quality piece of jewelry.
We use pure metals of 925 sterling silver, 14K, 18K and Platinum. No old jewelry or scrap jewelry is used in the castings of the pendants. Todd has selected the 18-inch wheat chain, constructed with four solid wires interwoven into a wheat pattern for strength and beauty. Each chain has fold over tabs and a lobster claw clasp for a secured fit. The chain is comfortable, does not catch on skin, hair, or clothes.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your sterling silver jewelry only. Custom
orders in 10K, 14K, 18K yellow or white gold jewelry are not eligible for return/exchange.
Return items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include the box, polishing cloth,
and story card. To initiate your exchange or return, email Customer Support at

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. For your protection, we recommend
using a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services such as UPS, FedEx, or
USPS, Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip. Malcolm Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries The item must be in its original condition and shipped prepaid to MJI at 2700 12 Street, Moline Il 61265.
A refund to the original credit card will be given as soon as the package is received by Malcolm Jewelers. Original UPS shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 7-day period are only eligible for merchandise credit. Exchanges will not be processed without an authorization form.

FREE Standard Day Delivery. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after your order has been processed, if ordered by 2 PM CT, Monday through Friday. Shipping method may be altered during the fulfillment process due to carrier (UPS ground) restrictions and holidays. Federal Holidays may affect shipping dates
If expedited shipping service is requested, shipping charges will be added to your order. Please contact Malcolm Jewelers (Storiesfromtheheartcollection@gmail.com) prior to ordering to verify this shipping method is available and the rate, which may vary by delivery zip code. Please note: Expedited shipping on orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon CT or Saturday or Sunday may not qualify for this service.
We ship to the 50 US States. For shipping to Canada, please call 309-764-1213 as special arrangements and rates may be available.
All orders shipped to a destination within the United States are shipped free of charge.
Jewelry will be shipped in a brown unmarked box. Malcolm Jewelers will NOT be written on the outside of the shipping carton. All order confirmation and receipts will be emailed to the email address provided.
Only items shipped within the state of Illinois will receive applicable sales tax.
